Delivery with DHL

We ship all orders exclusively with DHL to ensure secure and timely delivery.

• Order processing: Orders are processed within up to 2 business days before dispatch.

• Delivery time: Once processed and handed over to DHL, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

• Calculation of cost and time: At checkout, the system automatically calculates the delivery fee and estimated delivery time based on the shipping address provided.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

• Coverage: DHL delivers reliably across Europe and worldwide. Delivery times may vary by country.

• Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return an item under the following conditions:

• Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable.

• No exchanges: Please note that we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, you must first return your order for a refund and then place a new order through the website.
