We believe that every purchase should be an experience — from the moment you choose it to the moment you receive it.

  • Shipping within Europe: 1–5 business days

Every order is delivered by trusted international couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD — fast, secure, and with real-time tracking.

Invoicing and payment

Every purchase is accompanied by an electronic receipt. No price tags or invoices are included during delivery, so you can safely send the item as a gift.

Return policy

At Le Ora Couture, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you still wish to return an item, here's how:

Return period:

  • up to 14 days after receiving the product.

Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original conditionunused, and with tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not accept:
    • items with visible signs of use
    • underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to return:

  1. Contact us at sales@l-ora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive instructions and a return address.
  3. After receiving and checking the returned item, we will refund the amount within 7–14 working days.

Conditions for exchanging an item – Le Ora Couture

At Le Ora Couture, we offer original luxury goods through our trusted partners. Here's what you need to know if you want to exchange an item:

Is an exchange possible?

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), you must:

  1. Return the original product following the standard return procedure;
  2. Place a new order with the desired size/model.

Return conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date;
  • The item must be:
    • unused;
    • with all original labels and packaging;
    • in perfect condition – no signs of wear, damage or soiling;
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, placed in additional protective packaging.

Return costs:

  • Return costs are at the customer's expense.
  • We recommend that returns be made via a traceable courier service.

Refund process:

  • Once the returned item has been received and checked, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days;
  • The refund will be made using the same method used for the payment.

Products that cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Lingerieswimwearbody jewelry, as well as items specifically purchased with a discount of more than 30%cannot be returned or exchanged.
